The Story Behind T13 Fitness

Welcome to T13 Fitness! I’m excited to share the journey that fuels my passion for transforming lives through fitness.

My journey began at 13 when I joined a karate class in 2007. By 2011, I had mastered karate and transitioned to kung fu, continuing my martial arts exploration until 2013. This path led me to kickboxing and MMA, where I competed as a full-time athlete while also working as a personal trainer.

The challenge of cutting weight frequently for fights deepened my knowledge of effective diets and workouts, honed through collaboration with top coaches. My expertise in weight management and performance optimization grew significantly during this time.

I furthered my career as a strength and conditioning coach at prestigious facilities and offered online one-on-one training. Seeking greater growth, I moved to the UK to advance my fitness certifications. Today, I am a certified personal trainer, online coach, strength and conditioning specialist, and nutrition expert.

With over a decade of experience, I’ve worked with clients facing various challenges, including diabetes, lower back pain, and obesity. My approach combines proven methods with personalized care to help each client achieve their fitness goals.
